Family room spacious with free parking nearby. Cleanliness lacked attention, and beds felt dated. Great location for local dining options and walking trails in the area.

Access to Highlands walking trails, dog-friendly accommodations, free parking options
Cleanliness in rooms leaves much to be desired!!! A strong smell of smoke in the corridors, and broken furnishings do not create a welcoming atmosphere!!! An urgent need for better maintenance in communal areas is apparent!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. they had a great selection for breakfast, like fresh fruit and pancakes. The check-in crew was super helpful. The spa was a lovely spot to unwind, and I also loved hanging out by the cozy fire pit in the evening. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues in my room, but nothing really took away from the overall experience. 😊

Delightful, delightful, delightful.
I absolutely loved the sense of cozy space with generous room sizes that made our stay feel like home. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to our day, with fresh fruits and various options to keep everyone satisfied. Plus, the warm-hearted staff really went the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable!

The family room was spacious and well decorated, featuring large windows that opened fully, which was great for fresh air. the heating system malfunctioned and the windows didn't close properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, and interactions with the manager were unpleasant as I repeatedly faced rudeness regarding noise levels from my children. While the ample parking was a plus, the overall experience was marred by concerns about hospitality.

The hotel has recently been refurbished, and the cleanliness blew me away. It's genuinely pet-friendly with modern, comfy rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the accommodation, especially for a stopover. Be sure to explore the great restaurants nearby.

Just a good pick for a whistle-stop in Dingwall with value for money. The shower in the second room was much better and had nice towels. Make sure to check your room for any issues before settling in.

We stayed here with our kids and enjoyed our time exploring Strathpeffer Spa Golf Club nearby. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and it was a big plus that our dog could join us. The nearby Tesco made snacking easy for the little ones.
My kids wished there were better cleaning standards. the room could use a deep clean. A suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness, particularly in shared areas.

the breakfast was pretty nice with lots of options to choose from, and the staff were super friendly. the location was perfect for wandering around the town and checking out shops! also, it was really pet friendly which is always a bonus. the rooms were clean and comfy, especially for the price.
however, the shower was a bit messed up as the head was installed wrong and kept spraying everywhere, and there wasn’t really any space to hang clothes.

missingWrote a review on Apr 12
The family room offered decent space, making it easy to move around. The beds provided good support for a decent night's rest.
The overall cleanliness raised some eyebrows. with stained upholstery on the sofa bed and heavy dust accumulation in the corners, it felt neglected. The bathroom left a lot to be desired, with a cracked sink and poor grouting showing mold, making for an uncomfortable experience. Privacy was an issue due to the car park view directly outside, making it hard to relax with the curtains open. The noise from nesting seagulls added an unwelcome layer of distraction during the night, impacting sleep quality.

The staff at check-in were welcoming and friendly. The decor in the communal areas was charming and had a nice character to it.
